02 / CONTENT PRODUCTION

Give the idea
the right production.

Some stories need a more deliberate setup. Professional or in-house filming starts with a clear brief, then a quote based on the production details.

Plan the outcome.
Then plan the shoot.

Start with what the content needs to communicate and where it will be used. The production should serve that purpose rather than adding complexity for its own sake.

A product demonstration, an interview-led story and a sequence of short social edits require different planning. Share the intended audience, the key message, references that explain the direction, and any requirements around the product or location.

20Five prepares a quote according to the details. Deliverables, production needs, timing, revision arrangements and usage should be agreed before filming. A general enquiry is not a confirmed production booking.

THE PRODUCTION BRIEF

Six decisions before the camera rolls.

01

Message

What should someone understand after watching? Keep one main idea clear.

02

Formats

List the required aspect ratios, lengths and number of outputs.

03

Location

Explain whether filming is indoors, on location or around a particular product setup.

04

People and products

Identify who or what appears on camera and what needs to be available.

05

Timing and review

Share deadlines, dependencies and who reviews factual accuracy and the edit.

06

Usage

Agree channels, duration, editing and licensing before the work begins.

A CLEAR SEQUENCE

Less guesswork.
More preparation.

Brief

Define the audience, message and intended use.

Scope

Agree the approach, deliverables and production quote.

Shoot

Create the agreed content with the planned setup.

Deliver

Review and hand over the agreed outputs and permissions.

A planning example

A short product introduction might need an opening scene, a clear demonstration and a closing use case. Planning those three moments gives the shoot a purpose. This is an example of a process, not a completed client campaign.

Before production.

How is the price decided?

The quote follows the brief and production requirements. We do not publish a fixed package price because scope, formats, location and usage can differ.

Are revisions included?

Revision rounds, deadlines and what counts as a scope change should be written into the agreed production details.

Can the creator film themselves instead?

Creators normally self-film under agency supervision. If a gifted product review meets your needs, explore that route before requesting a larger production.

Does production include paid media?

No. Paid advertising campaigns and media buying are outside the offered services.
